Welcome to Chris Williams Sculpture.
I am a native of Cape Ann and I have had the pleasure of growing up with a supportive art community. Artists search for places to set up studios where the air is clean and the community understands them. I found my sanctuary in a wooded part of Essex, a hillside home with a studio for sculpture. It wasn't long before I found myself with a portfolio of work and the desire to do more.
My work is the study of form and its relationship to environment, creating composition that feels natural. Inspiration comes from the many art collectors who commission my work. It has been the collaboration of ideas that inspire me. Often the needs of my clients result in original concepts.
It is 2007 and I have now been sculpting continuously for over twelve years. Sculpture continues to be a passion in my life. Working from home allows me to spend time with my family. I enjoy a wonderful wife and two young boys who show me yet another way to see the world.
